The https://poppins.fr/ website (our "site"), the https://dashboard.poppins.fr/ platform (our "platform") and the Poppins Learning application (the "application") are owned and operated by BMOTION TECHNOLOGIES.
BMOTION TECHNOLOGIES is a SAS company, with a capital of 5320 euros, headquartered at 73 RUE LEON BOURGEOIS 91120 PALAISEAU, registered with the Evry Trade and Companies Register under number 844 691 337.
When you browse our site and/or when you or your child use our application, some of your personal data (including that of your child) may be processed automatically by us.
In this context, the purpose of this Policy is to:
- to describe how we collect, use and communicate some of your personal data, in order to meet your needs, but also to optimize and improve the quality of the services we offer you; and
- to present the rights you have, as a web surfer and/or as a user of our application, with regard to your personal data.

BMOTION TECHNOLOGIES is the data controller, within the meaning of current legislation.

2 — The personal data we collect
Due to the use of our application
We never collect data about end users and shares it with other companies for purposes of tracking across apps and websites.
The categories of personal data we may collect from you, depending on your use of the application, include:
- your child's pseudonym ;
- any technical data relating to the use of the application: the terminal used to access and use the application, information relating to the frequency of use of the application and performance in the exercises offered.
We collect this data in order to :
- to enable the use of our application;
- improve our application;
- to meet the needs of our business and in particular :some text

- to detect and prevent fraud and other criminal activity, and to manage risk;

3 — Legal basis
Your personal data will only be used if there is an appropriate and relevant legal basis under current legislation.
Thus, your personal data will be processed either on the basis of our legitimate interests and/or on the basis of your consent.
Our legitimate interest is therefore the basis for processing your personal data in order to:

Google analytics
Google Analytics is a tool for measuring events arriving on all poppins.io sites. A series of events are recorded (arrival on the site, clicking on the registration button, clicking on the exercise preview button, etc.). This enables us to understand how the site is used and to improve the user experience of our sites/platforms. We do not send any personal information to Google Analytics. We only transmit the nature of the interaction (which button was clicked). If you wish, you can use software to prevent Google Analytics from being activated, such as the "Google opt-out" plugin.
Facebook Pixel
It works in a similar way to Google Analytics.When you click on a button on Mila's Facebook page, this is counted and used to track site usage.We use the Facebook pixel to determine the impact of Facebook ads promoting Mila.This allows us to know how many users have registered on the platform thanks to a Facebook ad.No identifying data is communicated by us through the Facebook pixel.We only communicate the type of event (the type of button clicked by the user).
Fullstory
Some of the sessions are recorded on FullStory, associated with the website user's email address.The primary aim is to resolve bugs, by being able to observe them.The second purpose is to understand user behavior to ensure that the site runs smoothly.The recorded session reproduces what the user sees in the tab on one of mila-learn.com's sub-domains.
5 — Shelf Life
We keep your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, up to a limit of :
- five years from the date of your last visit to our site ;
- three years from the deletion of an account accessing the platform and application.
If your personal data is no longer required by us, or upon the occurrence of these time limits, it will be securely deleted unless it is necessary to retain it for a longer period.
6 — Your rights
